Instrumentation

For all types of project related to ground stabilisation, deep and/or special foundations and structures, LIM can propose an instrumentation solution perfectly adapted to each application:

Drilling (boreholes for grout injection, rock bolting, micro-piles, slope stabilisation...)
Control of all types of cementing operations
Deep/special foundations (drilled piles, jet-grouting...)
Soil testing (compaction, permeability...)

Each application uses specific types of sensors and dedicated instrumentation software incorporated in one of two types of acquisition module: the XLIM-1-4G series basic model and the XLIM-2-4G series, these being equipped with an integrated printer, where "X" designates the application concerned. Site data from these different applications are subsequently processed and presented using our LIMSOFT package with its dedicated modules - XSOFT - where X again refers to the speciific application.

The principal application parings are the following :

FORALIM 4G : surveillance and recording of various drilling parameters, the resulting data being processed using LIMSOFT version FORASOFT
INJECTLIM 4G : management of the machine during the injection cycle, with recording of injection rate, pressure and volume injected for up to 4 injection points simultaneously. Data processing and presentation by means of LIMSOFT version INJECTSOFT
COMPACTLIM 4G : automated operation of the machine with parameter recording during solid injection/compaction - coupled with LIMSOFT version COMPACTSOFT
JETLIM 4G : parameter display and recording during jet grouting operations combined with the software solution LIMSOFT version JETSOFT
TARALIM 4G : parameter recording during hollow-stem auger piling operations. For processing and presenting the results we propose LIMSOFT version TARASOFT
LUGEOLIM 4G : digital data acquisition during Lugeon permeability tests with processing and presentation of the results in LIMSOFT version LUGEOSOFT
